Glucoamylase immobilized on acid-hydrolyzed starch graft polyacrylonitrile.
A continuous stirred reactor fed maltose as substrate was used to show that acid hydrolyzed starch-g-polyacry-lonitrile and other polysaccharide graft copolymers can bind and retain significant quantities of active glucoamy-lase.
